Terms and Payment Methods

Customer Service Agreement

Our Customer Service Agreement does not tie your company into any long-term contracts or costs. It simply lays the foundation for further business to take place. In order to speed up the process without committing to anything immediately, please complete the contract online. It only takes a few moments, and streamlines the process for both parties.

Please note that Annexure B to this document is very important. Please consider carefully whom you will nominate as the Customer PBX Administrator as this will be the primary contact person responsible for administration tasks relating to your Euphoria PBX. This includes but is not limited to:

1. having access to make changes to the PBX via Euphoria TMS portal
2. being the primary authorised contact for change requests and call outs
3. understanding the Customers PBX requirements
4. being available to oversee orientation of the Euphoria System with staff members
5. being present for the onsite installation or for nominating a proxy in this regard
6. completion of the PBX setup form (defining setup requirements)

Debit Order Policy for all Post Paid Accounts

For Post-Paid Customers, Euphoria Telecom enforces debit orders to save time and money for everyone involved. Should we not use a debit order system, the man-power required to chase up monthly invoices would significantly increase our cost of business. This would force us to increase our service costs as a result, impacting on all our customers.

Signing the debit order form does not commit you to anything. It simply allows us to bill you for services rendered, if and when you request them. Unfortunately, without a signed Customer Service Contract and Debit Order Form, we cannot service you on a post-paid account.

Account Credit Limits

Post paid accounts have a default monthly calling credit limit of R 1500 per month. This may be requested to be increased, however for any amount above the R 1500 we reserve the right to request a refundable deposit from 25% to 75% of your total monthly calling cost requirement depending on the results of your credit application.

Credit Application

Credit checks are completed on request for a calling credit limit over R 1500 per month. There is a once off cost to run the credit check of R 450 excluding vat. Depending on the results we will requests a refundable deposit based on a percentage of the total credit limit requested.

Prepaid Accounts for Non Debit Order clients

We understand that some customers prefer not to sign a debit order form or complete credit applications. In these cases we suggest our Prepaid option. This allows you to pay your monthly service fees upfront, and buy airtime online as necessary, all using your online TMS account. 

Keep in mind that forgetting to renew your service before it expires will cause your system to stop working automatically, until such time as you renew. You can top up your airtime at any point, and even set reminders that will let you know when your account is running low.
